Pricing
All pricing listed is an estimate and not a final price. All payments are made via Paypal invoice, in USD, and before the sketch begins. Twitch donations and other transactions do not count towards payment.

ProcessYou'll receive in most orders 2 work in progress shots; one after the sketch is finished and one before I start the finishing process. At the first progress shot you'll need to note any changes you'd like made to the art at this time. After this Work in progress I will not make any major changes. At the second progress shot you can change color/color hues. Past these two progress shots I will not make any major changes without an extra fee.I do not offer a “time of delivery” due to my process of art. Sometimes it can take longer due to art block, art studies or other life interruptions. I do my best to deliver the best artwork I can!Any great changes will come with an extra charge of a minimum $35 (such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely!) We can discuss what those would be as they come up!My personal signature will remain on the art. You may not remove or alter the art to remove my signature. This includes cropping out the signature on anything other than a display photo.You may not resell the piece or edit it in any way.No Refunds. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. You may cancel at any time before payment is made or before the process has started. Depending on how far I am in the piece, if I choose to cancel you due to inappropriate behavior, I will refund the amount I see fit based on how far along the art process has progressed. If you file a charge-back against me, your right to anything you have commissioned or pre-made purchase will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.This product is not meant for commercial use in any wayCopyright/ Usage policyI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; promote myself in any place or site, publish books with, to display anywhere to my liking, post it wherever I'd like.The commissioners are allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art (for personal use), and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The commissioner may not pursue DMCA upon personal use of the piece. This includes others who may use it as a personal display photo, personal viewing, etc. The copyright is not owned by the commissioner and I am non-pursuant of personal use. If there is an issue with someone using the art in question, you may ask for them to take it down kindly. If the character owned is your own, you still have rights to the character but not the art piece. If further action is pursued, you are in breach of copyright and the following will apply.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Purchasing the commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of Merch with the artwork, use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork even if altered or edited.After you have read my Terms of service, your submitted payment is an agreement to the above mentioned!
